• Users must ensure their vehicles meet all legal and safety requirements before offering rides.

3. User Safety

• You agree to share personal information (such as contact numbers) with co-passengers only for the purpose of ride coordination.
• EZCarpool verifies drivers and vehicles, but users must exercise caution and make independent judgments about ride safety.

4. Payment and Fees

• Any ride-related payments and transactions are directly managed between drivers and passengers. EZCarpool does not process payments.

5. Privacy

• Your personal data will only be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Phone numbers will only be shared with co-passengers for ride coordination purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

• EZCarpool is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of the app. Users accept full responsibility for their interactions and rides.

7. Termination of Use

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for any violations of these terms.
